Does the P280 show the number (and name if they are in your phone book) of the person who's call that you missed, or does it just says that you missed a call?

If it's anything like the Timeport 7389i (another GSM Timeport), it doesn't show on the idle display that you missed a call... I remember having to go into the phonebook, then "Last 10" then go into "Last 10 received calls"... numbers with a + after them were answered, numbers that had a - after them were not. Hopefully the 280 has a better interface than this, but you might wanna try that and see if it works. Pretty awful that the phone didn't even have a separate missed call list. The P280 was, as far as my understanding, a step above the 7300 series of phones (Powertel used to use the 7388 or something)
