Have you already seen this? http://www.voicestream.com/products/...ream/setup.asp

I know it is more general in focus, but I thought it might be of some value (yes?/no?)

I found the link by typing "istream" into Yahoo search engine.

Thanks for the help. Found the information, but no luck trying to get the phone to connect. It keeps saying "Wrong Access Point Name (APN)". Any suggestions??

iStream Troubleshooting on your Phone -
WML (Handset) Help

Getting the message "To put the web on your phone…." on the handset when trying to access iStream on my phone.
Make sure it has been 24 hours since you have registered for the service. Verify that you have the correct SIM card in the handset. Turn your phone off and on and retry. Contact Customer Care and verify that the feature is in the billing system. Inform them when you activated the service and when the problem started.
To contact Customer Care, dial 611 from your handset or call 1.800.937.8997 from a landline phone.

When I resume the iStream session on my phone, it goes back to the last page I was on.
This is normal. The handset will keep the last page in memory. When a session has ended, then resumed, you will start on the last page you were on.

Note: If the last page was an error page, you will go back to the same error page when you resume the session. Turn the phone on and off to start over.

Error message, "Network Not available" on handset.

This message means that the VoiceStream network is unavailable, which may be caused by low signal. Contact Customer Care for further assistance. Do you know what iStream Manager does,
like is it only for Blackberry device, not phones like Motorola or Samsung?

https://myvoicestream.com/myvoicestr...stream_wiz.asp

The iStream Manager is a program that allows you to use the iStream service with your iStream devices where the service is available. The iStream Manager is designed to help you set up a wireless connection to the Internet using your iStream phone or PC card. The connections utilize the iStream network, the fastest nationwide wireless data network.

You can download the iStream Manager (approx size: 6MB).
