NO PICTURE CALLER ID??? NO..NO....NO............

I know im a newbe but I dont think the slider has picture caller id. Can someone help me figure this out? All i can assaign to a contact is a stupid pic of a cup of coffee or a stupid xmas tree someone help

You have 39 choices, when you're saving your contacts and go to options from there you will go to "assign picture" press ok and use your "up/down" keys to scroll thru them, once you find one you like press "assign/ok" and then press your "back" key to continue saving the rest of the contact info.

So is the next question....how do you get pictures, and what resolution should they be, into the phone?

The ones mentioned above as you know are for contacts, so the pictures are the ones already loaded onto the phone.
To download pictures since there's no camera, we have to go thru the cable, or thru good 'ol GIN.

My friend is having problems w/ her slider. Pictures she has downloaded from get it now using pictavision are locked when she goes thru the steps above. They are there in the media gallery but we cannot figure out how to get them unlocked so she can put her own pix as caller ID. Any suggestions?? Please help!!! Thanks!
