Siemens Reveals Unique Messaging Phone

"Siemens today announced the SK65, a messaging phone with a unique "x2type" (cross-to-type) design. The back half of the phone twists to reveal a full QWERTY text thumboard. The standard version includes a traditional POP / IMAP e-mail client and Push-to-Talk over Cellular (PoC). Versions with BlackBerry push-email functionality will also be available, including one for individuals, and another version for enterprise e-mail. Other features include a large TFT display, tri-band GSM, class 10 GPRS, Bluetooth, 30 MB of available memory, and SyncML. The SK65 will be available in Europe, Middle East and Latin America in November. Other regions will follow shortly afterwards."

Kind of an interesting idea, I like it a lot better than the Nokia 6800 but I did like Nokia's 9290 & 9500 as far as incorperating a full QWERTY keyboard into something relatively phone-sized... although they were smart phones.
