Treo 300 or Blackberry 6750

I have carried both, If you are wanting a device for strictly email go with the Blackberry. The email with the Blackberry is pushed to your device unlike the treo where you have pull it.

I actually miss my Treo 300, primarly because of the touchscreen, speakerphone and the other palm apps I used (ACT for Palm) I never really used Sprints Business connection program for my email (although it was a great way to access files on my home PC) I used Eudora's Palm email program.

I like them both because of the integrated keyboard.

And for that reason I cannot wait to get my hands of the Hitachi Pocket PC Phone Edition phone coming out....
