Hi, I recently switched back to ALLTEL, due to the simple fact, that they are one of the few providers that offer an UNLIMITED minutes package (at a reasonable price). I also signed up for their text message services, and am wondering if anyone knows if you can text message other subscribers (who have other carriers) phones. I know with Verizon you could text message just about any, if not all carriers. Does anyone know if this holds true with ALLTEL?

You can message any carrier....assuming that the other carrier is equiped to take off network messages.
