    Default Sanyon MM-7400 call recording

    Hello all,

I was hoping someone could help me out. I am new to this cell phone programming stuff. I am trying to figure out a convenient way to record phone conversations on my MM-7400. Is there a way to modify the thing so that you can record conversations and download them to a computer with the data cable? Or will I need to figure out some sort of hardware solution using the head set plug?

    Thanks...

Welcome to Wireless Advisor! I have the same phone, and i have had trouble with the coversation recording feature. If you hold the memo button on the outside during a call, it will begin to record a very short clip of the call. BUT, it will only record the other person, and not your voice. On top of that, I have no idea how to export it to the computer, other than holding it up to a mic. Sorry

Yeah I played with that function but it just won't work for what I need. I was hoping there was a way to add a little program to the phone or something that would let me record the calls, since it has alot of memeory but oh well. I bought a splitter at radio shack that will let me record the calls onto a recorder when I am using a headset, its just a pain in the butt with all these wires and sutff but oh well, its the only option I have right now.

    Thanks anyways.
